The race is intelligent, brave, came, eager to learn and last but not least loyal.

General impression: A Spitzdog of medium size, Strong builds despite its size, and it’s a little longer than higher. It’s coat is long, thick and whit a god subwool.
Looks: They have a very beautiful and expressive head/face, whit dark eyes, the ears are spitz, and on the neck they have a lot of fur. The tail is most of the time carried over the bag, and has very long four too. Every colour is prohibited, but the basic colour must bee dominating. Usually they come in black whit brown/yellow markings.
Size: The mail is by shoulderheight between 46 - 52 cm.
The female is 40 - 46 cm.

Fur nursing: There is not very much fur nursing as you might think, but it god for the dog, to bee brushed once in a while.

Breading restrictions on eye diseases: “Puppies after Lapinkoira cannot be registe-red in DKK (Danish Kennel Club), unless both parents are examined for eye diseases
By a member, of the eye committee.

The first examination must be performed, before mating. But the dogs must also be older than 15 months. An eye examination must not be older, than 12 months at the time of the mating.

Breading restrictions on HD: “The puppies can only get a pedigree if both parents is HD-photographed before mating.
