To smudge is to purify with smoke from certain sacred herbs.

Smudge Bundles are ceremonial herbs traditionally burned in Native American rituals, such as sweat lodges. Healers, therapists, and body workers are discovering the beneficial aspects of these herbs. Smudge Bundles are one of the means by which people around the globe are reconnecting with the power of Mother Earth.

Smudge Bundles are available in the following varieties -

Sweetcense is made with sage, cedar, and sweetgrass. It is considered sacred for its ability to clear objects, places, and people.

Pinon is made with sage, cedar, and the resin of pine trees.

Incense Cedar is for invocation and cleansing.

Smudge bundles should be ignited over a ceramic bowl containing sand. Gently blow upon the embers to produce smoke. Smoke may be used to purify the body, home, office, and healing rooms. After smudging, extinguish bundle in sand and store for future use. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED.

These smudge bundles are 100% natural aromatic botanicals. The bundles were gathered in an ecologically sound and respectful way. The plants are not harmed and nothing is wasted.
