Born and brought up, educated and trained in India Dr R.N.Jerajani is one of the tracks of the history of kripa foundation. As a founder members he is association with the Kripa activities goes far back since the inception of the trust. He in the process of pursuing his studies for M.D. Psychological Medicine started helping people who sought help with Kripa foundation. He found the work very challenging and has continued ever since.

In this almost two decades of relentless efforts to understand the mysteries of human nature, he has been able achieved insight about the human nature and addiction. His creative indigenous techniques and methods have helped many patients to the path of recovery. His contemporary understanding of trends in chemical dependency has made him aware of importance if Human Immuno-defficiency Virus related issues in chemical dependency. He has developed the counselling methods and is helping PLWHA.

His work not only includes consultations to the patients of Kripa Counselling, de-addiction and rehabilitation centres all over the country. Also to all the Kripa activities like offering help to the corporate sectors, Kripa community outreach programs, Kripa public relations and Kripa Institute of Training where he is dean faculty of Training. His administrative guidance and decisive capabilities has made him part core group that helps the managing trustee to develop Kripa policies.
