The lining from cereal boxes can be reused as a substitute for waxed paper:) The water you've boiled potatoes or eggs in,as well as the water from steamed vegetables is great for watering plants :) Eggshells make nice planters to start seedlings.[break several eggs so the halves are intact,place them in an empty egg carton and fill the shells with soil and plant your seeds.When warm weather has come,simply crack the shells around the roots of your plants and transplant them.The shells are a natural fertilizer] :)
