Maltese Prayer

Dear Lord

May we always be conscious The Maltese has a sweet and loving temperament.

Always ready to kiss and bark and greet a friend.

Let us try and reflect that same temperament to love and give without counting the cost.

Teach us through these beautiful Maltese to know the joy of being loved and wanted.

Each day dear Lord, help us to share the special things You have created for us, for our pleasure, and each others enjoyment.

Show us and teach us that these lovely dogs are a gift from You and are very special to each one of us.

Especially today because I have been made aware of how precious Your gift of life can be.

        ...in a dear little friend for me .... called my Maltese.
