Most people try to blame the dog if he is aggressive and becomes a biter. They blame it on his breed or breeding! They are wrong almost ALL of the time! The real cause is what THEY have done with the dog or puppy! To understand the exact causes or actions that cause this aggression we can take a look at how ATTACK DOGS ARE TRAINED!

Attack or Guard Dogs are trained by a method called AGITATION.
A man called an Agitator teases the dog in a special way. This causes the dog to build up a tremendous amount of Anger and ATTACK the Agitator or antone who acts like him!
Hitting, yelling, teasing, rough play with hands, wrestling and tug of war are all things the agitator does to guard dogs he is training.
If a dogs owner does some of these things to his own dog, then the dog would become dangerous to everyone! An Attack dog is NEVER Agitated by anyone in his family!

SOLVING THE AGGRESSION PROBLEM

The solution to this problem of Aggression is to ELIMINATE the rough play or Aggitation.
This ends the negative things that are currently being done to this dog. The solution should also include a good obedience training program. This obedience adds the positive treatment which helps repair his personality. It is vital that this training be very professional, and NOT using amateurish techniques like Clickers or Food Bribing, which do NOT DEVELOP RESPECT FOR THE TRAINER!
