The Villa is located in the old mining town of Rodalquilar, in the heart of Cabo de Gata - Nijar Natural Park, in the southeast coast of Spain, only 35 Kms. away from the Almeria international airport.


The house is a triplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: main floor with the living room and the kitchen equipped with vitro, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, etc.; first floor with the bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds); second floor has a terrace - solarium with views of the whole valley and the old town with the abandoned mines.

 

It also has an outer patio to eat outdoors, in which there in a toilett with shower. The houae is totally fursished and equipped: garden furniture, bed linen, towels, tableware, TV, DVD, washing machine, chimney and ceiling fans.



Prices ranging from 75 to 100 Euros per day depending on season, occupancy and renting period (minimum 1 week).
