Old Resthouse at Baling Baling, the name that most people would associate with the communist leader Chin Peng surely such a remote township needed a Rest House |

Nestled beneath the massive solitary hill was this tiny building, next to the police station. |
The location, size of building and group together with the police station brought back memories of the mood and settings for those days

This 4 rooms building was very well equipped for its size. While no guest was seen that day, the garden and the whole surrounding showed that the place was well patronised. |

The place served as reminder of the past. With so much modernisation in progress, the Rest House was then an evidence of how things were like long ago!
