| Siamo marito (Andrea) e moglie (Roberta), abitiamo a Trieste, abbiamo
la passione dell'arte bonsai. Questo significa che non perdiamo occasione per osservare
tutte le piante, le pietre e i panorami che ci si pongono davanti. Riusciamo cosė ad
apprezzare tutto quello che esiste nella natura, sia quanto c'č di perfetto che quanto di
cosė imperfetto esiste, tutto quello che ci piace chiamare "arte della natura".
Osserviamo, impariamo e poi apprezziamo quello che riusciamo a far crescere in un vaso,
per avere a disposizione ogni giorno un pezzo di arte sotto i nostri occhi. Esistono tante filosofie correlate alla coltivazione dei bonsai. Vi č chi, come i giapponesi, č legato all'aspetto estetico della pianta, che nelle sue forme deve rispettare canoni stilati dai maestri in secoli di cure. Altri, a cui ci sentiamo certamente pių vicini, reputano i canoni della natura molto pių ampi e rispettano gli alberi come esseri viventi e come tali degni di essere uno alto ed uno basso, uno stretto e uno largo e, soprattutto, di far crescere i rami ove impone il loro codice genetico e non il codice di tecnica bonsai di noi bipedi. Cosė i nostri alberi tendono a riprodurre gli alberi che crescono liberi nei boschi, sulle pietraie e sui dirupi del Carso o delle nostre montagne. Nessuna pianta "da bonsai" ma essenze autoctone o da giardino, che ci preoccupiamo di far vivere nei nostri vasi, rigorosamente partendo da un piccolo seme. Solo alcune volte preleviamo giovani pianticelle (mai pių vecchie di un anno) e solo se nate in posizioni che non potrebbero permettere loro la sopravvivenza (cigli di strade, sentieri, greti di fiumi, ecc.). |
We are wife (Roberta) and husband (Andrea), we live in
Trieste (Italy), and we love bonsai art. This means that everytime we could go in the
country we observe trees, plants, stones and all the landscapes in front of us. This way
we could appreciate what's existing in the nature, even the perfect as the not, all the
things we love to call "natural art". We observe, we learn and than we
appreciate all what we are able to let grow in a pot under our eyes. There is a lot of phylosophy correlated with bonsai cultivation. There's some people, like japanese, bounded to the visual apparence of the tree; the trees must respect principles laid down in centuries of experience. Other people, nearest to us, mean the principles of the nature not so strong and respect trees like living creatures with the freedom to be high or low, thin or fat and, most of all, free to let grow their branch following their genetic code and not following the bonsai code of the people. So our trees try to reproduce the wild flora of our forest, stones and cliffs of Carso or of our mountains. No "bonsai" trees but authocthonal or common garden species we try to let live in our pots, always starting from a seed. Just some times we collect very young trees (never older than one year) and only if they was born in bad positions (road borders, pathways, rivers etc.) |
