Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of
the month. From September to June, except January. The meetings
are held at either:
The Jonathan Belcher House, 360 North Main St. starting time
7:30 (except 6:30 for the December, Annual Holiday Dinner
Meeting.)
or
Stetson Hall (typically in the G.A.R. room), 6 So. Main St.,
starting time is 7:30.
or
The Turner Free Library, 1 North Main St., starting time is
7:00.
From time to time the Society will hold a joint meeting with
other Societies and the
meeting place, date and time will be posted in the newsletter and
press releases.
All meetings are free and open to the public (unless otherwise
restricted such as fund raising events or meetings with special
paid speakers.)
The Society attempts to schedule a field trip in the Fall and
Spring, and occasionally in the summer months. Destination, and
cost is announced in the newsletter and press notices.
Cost
Annual Dues are:
$10 for an individual membership,
$6.50 for newsletter subscription only.
Dues are payable at the start of the season in September. New
Memberships received after January will be applied to the
following season.
