Indeed, hotcakes may be about the only treat you won't find at this year's Taste of Randolph. This evening of food, family fun and entertainment is set for Saturday. March 4, 2000 at the Randolph High School on Memorial Drive, Randolph, from 4:30 to 8:00 pm. Nearly fifty food vendors, representing the rich and varied cuisine of Randolph and vicinity will be offering samples of their best items for your enjoyment in the cafeteria food court. As at last year's event, small complimentary trays will be provided to each visitor to the food court. These allowed everyone to easily enjoy the many delectable items on offer.

Plus, in the auditorium, many of your favorite entertainers will be returning. The program includes: fifties era favorites by Lenny and the Del Rays, the Chamber Singers, A Fashion Modeling Demonstration, the lilting sounds of the Dulcimer, dance by the Sherry Gold troop, crooner Henry Avril, The Hypocrites (a song group), the popular and award winning Randolph High School Jazz band ensemble and more.

Meanwhile, stop by the Raffle Tables and join in on the Silent Auctions that will be going on throughout the evening in the foyer outside of the auditorium. There will be an intriguing assortment of goods and services donated to the cause by supportive Randolph area businesses, civic minded residents and retail establishments.

Ticket sales for this popular event, in its fourth year, have been brisk and another sellout is likely. As at last year's successful event, no tickets will be sold at the door and the number of tickets is limited, to help insure a most pleasant evening, You must purchase your tickets ahead of time, before they are all sold out!
