~My first one was published in Feb of 1998 in a book called "Moments in the Garden" by the poetry guild. Mind you it was a very small piece *L* page 26 left upper corner of the book *BAS*~

~Wind Dreams~

~Winds do blow the clouds away~

~too far away to see~

~for in those clouds I do see~

~whats waiting there for me~

~the hopes and dreams of everyone~

~are on the winds you see~

~forever are the winds to blow~

~those dreams on back to me~

~My second poem published, was selected to be placed in the April issue of "Reflections" Which is a Literary Journal that comes out 4 times a year.~

~Together~

~Life is held in our hands

~to be lived and free.~

~To enjoy together~

~Through the storms of love~

~and of life~

~we struggle through as one~

~With trials and tribulation~

~we gather~

~and become strong together~

~One to another we grow~

~and learn~

~as each day passes~

~Until one day we stand~

~hand in hand~

~and know that we have passed all of lifes tests~

~Together we are strong~

~Together anything Is possible~

~My third Poem is being placed in a book called "From the Mountaintop" The North American Open Poetry Contest deemed it in the finalist and it moves to the International Finals now *BAS*~

~The Rain~

~I walked in the rain today

~and all of our memories came flooding back~

~Our time of laughter, and of tears~

~Of joy and of our sadness~

~We spent so many hours talking and sharing~

~So many times you just held me and others~

~Were spent in quiet times of me knowing~

~you were just there beside me.~

~I look back now and realize the loss of you.~

~Wondering what I could have done to change things~

~and then I see how it happened, and see that nothing~

~could have changed it. Life goes on sometimes without us~

~The rain poured down like my tears~

~and washed away the pain of those memories~

~even though they will always be within me~

~I can now heal and remember the best times we shared.~

~The rain came lightly once again as I walked back into life~

~Life I never thought I would ever enjoy again without you~

~I understand now how you were a part of my history~

~and now to begin the future

~Our memories tucked deep inside my heart~

~to bring out and enjoy when I need them~

~To feel your love, or to just feel again.~

~The rain, washes away the tears.....~
