1. Go HERE
2. Fill out form.. In form.. select Crescendo Basic Player (free).....version 4.01... your version of windows and your browser type. Hit download button.
3. When it takes you to next page.. scroll down to "download and installation section. Click on the browser you use. (Netscape or Internet Explorer).
4. Remeber what folder you save it to. After Download is complete close your browser.. go to where you saved your file and double click on the file you installed. Your browser MUST be closed. But you may remain online. When you double click it will start the setup process.. just keep hitting the "next" button until its done.. then you are ready to go!! It's not as hard as it sounds!!
